It organizes many art projects and activities in Tokyo exploring the idea of art in a public context. One of their most outstanding projects is "Akihabara TV", a video installation of artists' video works on banks of monitors and TV screens displayed in "Akihabara", the biggest electric town in Tokyo. In the context of our research and exchange program of independent art spaces and activities in Europe, 3 of members of command N come to Berlin and will present our activities with viewing of Akihabara TV2 program.
